We are looking for a talented and innovative **Content Creator** to join our team and help us engage our audience with compelling content. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing a variety of content across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement.
- Produce engaging reels, highlights, and videos across various platforms that resonate with our audience and align with our brand voice.
- Track performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and platforms to create timely and relevant content.
- Proficient in using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut or other professional tools.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut or other graphic design and video editing software.
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media related, or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social platforms.
- Skills in interacting with followers, managing comments, and building a community.
- Knowledgeable of how social media algorithms work to optimize reach and engagement.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends and adept in creative problem-solving; extremely resourceful, innovative, and proactive; self-driven, including when there is ambiguity.
- Natural collaborator and team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
