Assistant Manager, Transformation Office

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager, Transformation Office (Innovation Lead) to join our Transformation Program Office team.
The incumbent will lead initiatives to build innovation culture in Pools, including streamlining process to encourage ideas submission via technology innovation group, partnership to showcase technology at innovation hub, and flourish POCs to full scale projects.

**What You'll Do**
- You will hold discussions with internal stakeholders to gain deep understanding of the problem statement or opportunity for business improvement.
- You will maintain consistent communications with project sponsors, stakeholders and team members on project updates
- You will establish strategic partnership with vendor on POCs/prototypes.
- You will continue building and sustain interest in innovation in Pools at various staff level.
- You will work with external institutions/vendors on joint innovation events/initiatives
- You will explore opportunities for innovation award
- You will lead workshops with cross functional business stakeholders for product design planning and requirements gathering
- You will propose optimal solution upon completing the evaluation of feasibility studies, impact analysis, risks, timeline delivery and effort (man days) required
- You will translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications (FSs), use cases, processes flow or unified modelling language (UML) diagrams.
- You will work closely with Capability Governance Office and Project Office to guide the users through the structure and process for approval and execution
**Who You Are**
- You will need a Degree in business / science or related IT Discipline
- You should have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business analyst or innovation lead role
- You should have strong belief and interest in innovation
- You should demonstrate strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery
- You should be detail oriented, well-organized and self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams including the Business
