We’re a small but dynamic team driven by craftsmanship, storytelling, and heartfelt experiences — and we’re looking for an Operations Executive to join us in shaping everyday magic for families around the world.

Position Overview

The Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with the E-Commerce & Retail Operations Manager to ensure smooth fulfilment of online orders, accurate stock management, and efficient retail restocking across our Takashimaya, Tangs, and partner counters.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of operations — making sure every House of Holly parcel arrives beautifully and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Fulfilment & Logistics
- Process, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate courier bookings (e.g., UPS, DHL, Ninja Van) and track deliveries.
- Maintain packing materials and ensure readiness for fulfilment.
- Prepare gift sets, influencer parcels, and festive orders.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Conduct stock counts and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Receive and organize shipments from production partners.
- Label, arrange, and restock products for both online and retail channels.
- Assist in restocking partner counters and event locations.
- Handle light to moderate lifting during packing or stock movements.
- Retail & Event Support
- Assist with retail restocks, counter transfers, and event setup/logistics.
- Support the team during pop-ups and activations when required.
- Administrative & Backend Tasks
- Update WooCommerce backend order statuses.
- Assist in simple product uploads or updates on the website.
- Maintain courier logs and operational tracking spreadsheets.
- Provide general support to the Operations Manager and team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets, WooCommerce or Shopify experience a plus).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask under mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable with light physical work (lifting cartons, packing).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative and willingness to learn.
