**Key responsibilities include the following**:

- Provide proactive professional executive assistance to the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Coordinate meetings requirements, including agendas, action points and minutes
- Prepare and manage HR processes and end to end recruitment life cycle activities (e.g. setting up interviews, reference checks, letter of offers, extension/secondment letters) and seminars etc
- Provide coordination and support at events, functions and workshops
- Fix sales appointments for Sales & Marketing Manager
- Manage LinkedIn, social media account

**About You**
- A minimum of Diploma in Business, Management or Marketing
- Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
- An impeccable work ethic with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Honesty, integrity and commitment to preserving confidentiality
- A proven use of initiative skills and experience in planning, prioritising and working under pressure
- Collaborative team skills and is skilled at fostering and building relationships
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
