**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable finance strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration within financial services.
- **Monitor and Report Sustainable Finance Metrics**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainable finance initiatives.
- Regularly monitor and analyze data to produce comprehensive sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with clients, investors, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable financial practices.
- Build partnerships with organizations and initiatives focused on sustainable finance.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about evolving sustainability regulations and standards in the financial sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific sustainability requirements.
- **Employee Training and Education**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate financial teams on sustainable finance principles.
- Foster a culture of sustainability awareness within the financial services department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in integrating sustainability into financial operations.
- Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable finance best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
