***You will handle the flow of people and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
- Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties.

***Requirements**:

- Professional appearance
- Proven working experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Good customer service skills & Good communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organise and multitask.

You will be sent for WSQ Security courses.
