**What you’ll be doing **The Director, Sales Operations APJ is a key office responsible for data stewardship, territory and policy gatekeeping, APJ reporting & analytics and planning. This role is responsible for supporting sales strategy and performance and will be closely aligned with the APJ senior leadership. As we increase the integration of Tableau with Salesforce, this role will be pivotal in ensuring sales readiness. This is a people leader role, managing a team of analysts..

Some of the things you’ll be doing include
- **Data Stewardship**:Be the central source of truth for data and reporting across different platforms - Tableau, Salesforce. Lead the change management for Analytics track. Administer, manage and report on revenue forecasting using Tableau methodology and automation/forecasting tools; drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions
- **APJ reporting**: Track weekly reporting, provide revenue commentary and support APJ Senior leaders on central reporting. Lead strategic projects and initiatives as needed. Provide recommendations on action to be taken based on strategic objectives, forecast, or performance metrics, attend regional staff meetings, and act as proxy when Regional leadership is out of the office.
- **Territory Management**:Collaborate with Headquarter sales operations to setup, maintain, and modify sales territories and assist with the comprehensive analysis of territory alignment and optimization decisions
- **Analytics and Planning**:Assist in all facets of regional sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan. Manage new headcount allocation and Annual Goal for Growth project management

**Who you are**:

- **Experienced. **Relative years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Business Operations
- **Detail oriented. **Strong attention to detail and focus on quality results
- **Strong Analytical Skills. **Ability to perform complex analyses including regression, forecasting and probability modeling. Knowledge of Tableau and Einstein Analytics reporting products preferred.
- **Excellent Communication. **Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
- **Performer. **Excellent group presentation skills
- **A True Team Player. **Experience working on a project team
