Job Overview:

- As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating successful job placements for our students and job seekers. You will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, building relationships with employers, providing career guidance, and ensuring compliance with placement policies and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate placement activities such as job fairs, campus interviews, and recruitment drives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and Internal department heads.
- Provide career counseling and guidance including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of placement activities and utilize database systems for tracking placements.
- Ensure compliance with placement policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Develop marketing materials to promote placement services and success stories.
- Monitor placement trends and industry demands to adapt placement strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in placement coordination, career services, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
