Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with recruitment agencies from China, Myanmar, Vietnam, and India to source suitable workers for various industries in Singapore.

Coordinate arrival schedules and ensure timely processing of workers’ entry into Singapore.

Assist incoming workers in finding suitable accommodation before and after arrival.

Maintain proper communication with both overseas partners and local employers to ensure smooth placement processes.

Prepare and manage documentation related to recruitment, arrival, and housing arrangements.

Provide support in resolving any issues faced by workers during the transition period.

**Requirements**:
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with Singapore’s employment and work pass procedures is preferred.
