Besides Zenyum Invisible Braces, Zenyum is rapidly expanding its Consumer Products category. The current line-up of Consumer Products includes the award-winning ZenyumSonic Toothbrush and a range of additional Smile Cosmetics Products. Zenyum is the best-selling oral care e-commerce brand in Singapore and other markets while rapidly expanding into retail channels across leading supermarkets and healthy and beauty retailers across Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore. Based in Singapore, you take ownership in driving Zenyum Consumer Products' supply chain and operations to the next level of efficiency and operational excellence.

**We are looking for an ambitious Head of Supply Chain and Operations**:

- Drive the strategic vision and hands-on operational management of Zenyum’s Consumer Products supply chain and operations workflows and systems
- Take end-to-end ownership from PO placement with our suppliers to products reaching our end consumer with a focus on efficiency along metrics such as (DIO, Freight COGS, Fulfilment COGS, and more)
- Manage a 4-6 person team across countries covering end-to-end supply chain functions from supplier management, procurement, importation and freight logistics, inventory and warehouse management, last-mile delivery, and logistics.
- Coordinate with key suppliers across Asia, manage freight forwarders, customs departments, software vendors, 3PL Partners, and internal operations and warehouse teams
- Rigorously examine planning and operational performance, implementing corrective actions, and continuous improvement to drive next-level performance
- Tight inventory controls and cost efficiency of our supply chain and warehouse/fulfilment operations

**You are fit for this role if you**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree with 6-8 years of supply chain experience and a minimum of 4 years of people management experience. Working experience in a start-up will be an advantage
- Are located/willing to be located in Singapore or KL and are fluent in English and Chinese
- Specific supply chain and people management experience should include:

- B2C/DTC/eCommerce supply chain and operations management
- Broad spectrum skill sets from supplier management, procurement, demand/supply planning, cross-border importation, supply network design, warehouse management, and last-mile logistics
- Inventory management tools that include both enterprise-level SAP/ERP systems as well as non-SAP/ERP
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems(OMS) and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and weather dynamic business/operations situations in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Clear and prompt communication/escalation with stakeholders, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and improve business outcomes
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
