**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing & Video Content Executive to join our team in the financial services industry. This role involves video shooting, editing, trend research, and content creation across major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat. You will play a key part in helping our brand connect with professionals and families in Singapore through engaging financial content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation
- Research and monitor trending financial content across social media platforms
- Generate creative ideas and scripts for video content
- Film and edit short-form videos using mobile phone, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, and CapCut
- Design visual assets using Canva for online distribution

Platform Management
- Publish and manage content on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat
- Engage with audience comments and track performance insights

Admin Support
- Liaise with external companies for worksite marketing activities and coordination
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Provide general support to marketing and sales teams for daily operations

Team Collaboration
- Work with financial consultants to plan and schedule content that supports client engagement
- Stay updated on financial industry trends and propose new content angles

**Requirements**:
Education: Local Polytechnic diploma or higher

Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends
- Hands-on experience with mobile filming, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, CapCut, and Canva
- Comfortable appearing on camera or filming others
- Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work under mínimal supervision
