**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes content. If you love telling stories through video, can whip up scroll-stopping edits, and know how to craft content that actually _converts _—we want you on our team.This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution. You’ll be responsible for content creation from concept to screen, managing production and editing, and helping us build a strong brand presence across social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:Identify and coordinate with potential on-screen talents (influencers, hosts, students, clients) for shoots and collaborations.
- **Video Editing**:Film, cut, and edit engaging short
- and long-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
- **Content & Script Generation**:Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, write compelling scripts, and develop creative briefs that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
- **Platform Management**:Upload, schedule, and monitor content across various platforms. Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.Bonus: Experience with influencer coordination or casting.
