Lead and develop an effective and motivated finance organisation in ASEAN
- Guide and develop the finance team to ensure they can deliver and hold them accountable to high standards
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business managers
- Lead and develop an effective and motivated finance organisation in ASEAN that operates in compliance with company values and applicable regulations, group policies, and financial principles and standards.
- Guide and develop the finance team to ensure they can deliver and hold them accountable to high standards
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and ensure that the Finance function is providing the appropriate level of credibility.
- Implement and maintain financial policies (e.g. DOA) and guidelines that support organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse and monitor the BU’s financial performance and metrics to provide the necessary information and sound business advice to the BU Leadership.
- Manage healthy working capital and cash flow for the BU
- Ensure a month-end closing process for the BU with accuracy and accuracy
- Drive Finance Transformation initiatives including implementation of new processes, solutions, and tools.
- Oversee the IT function and activities for the BU
- Oversee the entire budget process
- Oversee financial audit activities and drive audit issues resolution
- Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting to Corporate
- Implement cost control methods to increase profits of BU
- Respond to Asia Distribution Emergency Response Plan

**Requirements**:

- Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and innovative and constantly seeks improvement
- Excellent business sense, problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
