**Job Descriptions**:

- To plan, organize and supervise a team of Production Technicians to fill **sterile products** that meet quality, cost and customer requirements.
- Be responsible for the establishment and **management of key production** and **cost metrics for manufacturing for products **in the most reliable, cost effective, safe and cGMP compliant manner.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise Production activities associated with **Filling operations in accordance to cGMP **and quality requirements and manage all the Shift Operations.
- Ensure production activities are carried out timely in accordance to **budget, production schedule**, material and labor standard and requirements
- **Continuously improve productivity, minimize scrap and rejects, **as well as review and correct material and labor variances, and review all necessary documentation as required in accordance to Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Ensure the routine cleaning and/or sanitization of all equipment and rooms associated with Filling process.
- Investigate process deviations and work in a team to identify and work on opportunities for productivity/ process improvements, and to minimize recurrences
**Requirements**:

- Adhere with HSE guidelines & perform any other responsibility as assigned by supervisor.
**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- Prior supervisory position in a multi-functional manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience in Aseptic manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
