As a European leader in video management software (VMS), our client is seeking to identify their next APAC Marketing Lead to be responsible for the overall Marketing strategy and delivery for APAC while guiding the Marketing specialists in the region.

In a highly critical and visible role, you will work closely with the APJ Regional VP based in Singapore to support the business and sales teams while reporting to the CMO based in Denmark.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team to evaluate, improve, develop and deploy the region’s channel marketing strategy and marketing plans to support the business.
- Work in partnership with sales to ensure alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities.
- Support the development of our priority channel partners with marketing planning, and guidance as required and agreed with the channels team.
- Analyse market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behaviour to optimize marketing strategies.
- Gather and measure marketing campaign data to evaluate impact of strategies
- Managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks.
- Keeping track of and implementing the latest marketing technologies and techniques.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- A strategic mindset with ability to deliver results - create, manage and measure integrated marketing campaigns from beginning to end.
- A marketing leader who can develop the team drive creativity and innovation.
- Experience with B2B Marketing in a partner-led business model with deep knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Comfortable interfacing with sales leadership to provide strong counsel and direction
- Clearly convey ideas and data in writing and present to diverse audiences.
- Thrive well in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in multiple countries across the Region.
