**About Our Client**:
The client is a sole-family office responsible for managing the investment, corporate, and philanthropic needs of an Asian family residing in Singapore. Presently, the family office is equipped with a team comprising seasoned family officers and investment experts.

You will report to the Principal and your responsibilities involve:

- Organise, oversee, and coordinate the travel itineraries for the Principal and other family members.
- Manage the entire spectrum of travel logistics, including flight and hotel reservations, dining arrangements, ground transportation, and other related details.
- Maintain comprehensive records of travel credits, outstanding tickets, memberships, and preferred vendors, hotels, and restaurants.
- Facilitate visa arrangements and uphold meticulous records of travel details.
- Provide prompt concierge support during trips - may involve working across various time zones.
- Occasionally travel to provide assistance with errands during trips.
- Collaborate with different teams and service providers to collect and consolidate information such as trip expenses, preparing reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the family members and Personal Assistants teams as required.
- Contribute to general administrative tasks and address any occasional business requirements.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a high-end luxury travel concierge role or a similar customer service position is preferred.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrates proactive teamwork, possesses robust interpersonal skills, and has the capability to work autonomously.
- Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and ensuring absolute confidentiality.
- Able to accommodate flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
