**The role**

Due to the creation of our new Sales Area Southeast Asia (SEA), Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is currently seeking a Product Master for Surface Drills in SEA.

Sales Area Southeast Asia consists of the following Territories:

- Mongolia
- Philippines & Indochina
- Japan
- Korea
- Indonesia
- Freeport
- Singapore

As a Product Master, you will be responsible for governing the internal and external technical activities of the Surface Drills business line. You are an important member in the Surface Drills activity plans for the Sales Area and will be required to partner with internal functional owners, territory teams and related product factories to support the growth of the Surface Drills products in the Sales Area SEA market.
- Support the Territories and Customers with product-related enquiries concerning current offering and potential future development.
- Provide recommendations to improve processes to better serve the customers and perform adjustments of systems on their equipment.
- Upselling the latest technology and digitalization offerings of Surface Drills products to potential and existing customers with emphasis on the value-add to their business.
- Participate in technical monthly review meetings (MOR) with the production units to address the priority concerns.
- Support our local team with commissioning and product trials when required.
- Be the technical advisor to provide in depth product knowledge of the Surface Drills products to local teams to trouble shoot technical problems.
- Ensuring safety and service bulletins are being managed and implemented, where applicable.
- Ensuring feedback and warranty cases are being addressed.
