- Experience scoping and building processes and process enhancements
- Direct experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to convey key insights to senior leaders
- Third party vendor/research partner management experience
- Deep understanding of and passion for television and movie content
- Experience with applied statistics, predictive analytics, and mixed methodology research
- Experience leading different types of studies such as episode testing, dial and theatre testing, concept testing, series maintenance

Amazon Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. Key job responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer at every meeting
- Manage market research initiatives to support international leadership in defining consumer insights that lead to a deeper understanding of the Prime Video Customer and overall digital streaming population in SEA
- Drive research projects through the lifecycle of a series/movie to help Amazon Studios international team create ambitious and compelling content
- Identify high impact inputs in relation to the creative direction of Amazon Originals and how they can be marketed in SEA
- Translate complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives for Prime Video Leadership Executives
- Drive the development and adoption of prediction models alongside Data Science and Strategy teams
- Work closely with Marketing teams to provide local market research insights that will help position our content for success
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Experience on the research vendor side or within the research group of a media company
- Passion for movie and TV series content
