Job summary
We are hiring a Regional Delivery Manager. This position will support the Head of Global Delivery and the team that works across global content delivery at Amazon Studios, including original productions and acquisitions.

The Delivery Manager will support Amazon Studios international team on high-profile movies and series across the Southeast Asia (“SEA”) region, monitoring and tracking delivery budgets and schedules, solving internal and external challenges, and ensuring that content is turned over on time and on budget.

This position will also support creation of and downstream operational support for master assets used in theatrical and streaming release, requiring strong management of tight deadlines with a launch-oriented focus. The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with the Media Management and Distribution team.

This position is responsible for escalating issues and suggesting effective trade-offs between delivery timelines and studio release plans.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the on-time and on-budget delivery process of an Amazon Original movies and series led by the Amazon Studios international team, including the deliverable budget, overseeing the creation of all files listed on the delivery schedule and any ancillary assets to achieve a complete delivery.
- Provide input to the international team in relation todelivery schedules with outside studios, producers, and production companies.
- Collaborate with Post Management senior leaders and other department heads to support cross-team processes and initiatives.
- Actively manage QC process for all content, from vendor selection through issue assessment and mitigation.
- Help supervise external vendors to ensure a timely and on budget file delivery to the international team, with the ability to expertly advise on technical specs and oversee the QC process.
- Escalate issues and suggest effective trade-offs between delivery timelines and studio release plans, and coordinate with the international team and external vendors for smooth execution.
- Represent team interests with senior leadership fairly and objectively.
- Drive process and technical innovation to support customer needs.
- Contribute towards establishing technical delivery specifications.
- Oversee projects in various stages of delivery.
