This will be a hot desk as we have several big name accounts, and there will also be a great opportunity for you to be part of a pioneering team, contributing to the build out of our Hong Kong practice in less than 2-3 years. The best thing is, you will be working in the same Hong Kong markets, with the only difference being a change in lifestyle in cosmopolitan Singapore The role will report to our Head of Nicoll Curtin Technology - Singapore Office. We would like somebody who has a proven track record in recruitment alongside a passion to train and develop others. It is essential that you are a supportive, caring person whilst also holding yourself and others to high standards. We have an extensive client list that includes leading banks, and internet and technology companies to that you will be given access. Bringing in your own business will of course be a requirement, from the second month we get our Trainee to start business development, so it is important that you enjoy this element of the role Internal development is at the core of our business. In Singapore, each team member has had at least one promotion in the last year and employee turnover is less than 15% for 3 years in a row.
