- Responsibilities
- Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
- Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
- Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
- Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
- Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS)
- Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer
- At least 3 years’ experience in the supervision of HDB / MRT/ Commercial projects
- Has supervised precast components
- Has an eye for details and resourceful

- HDB Home Upgrading Project, A&A works (HIP - C&S)
- HDB Multi Story Carpark Project, A&A works (MSCP - M&E)
- HDB Lift Upgrading Project, A&A works (ELUP - C&S/M&E)
- LTA project, Tunnel/C&S works
- Commercial project, new commercial building C&S works
