**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a Legal Operations Professional with 4+ years of experience for a parental leave contract. Based in Singapore, this hybrid role will see you offering a range of support on initiatives to improve the capabilities of a leading FMCG’s legal department.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various legal regional heads, in-house legal teams and professional associates on regional OCM, spend governance, and a pilot program for legal intake and matter management.

**This could be a fantastic opportunity if you have**:

- 4+ years of experience working within large corporate legal departments or law firms.
- Expertise in managing, reviewing, and evaluating budgets, and creating reports on financial data, including summaries and presentations.
- Demonstrable project management skills ensuring the successful completion of time sensitive project goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in setting up and running legal processes such as matter management, e-billing, and file management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients including influencing and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
