**Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services**

We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services to join our Infrastructure Operations team.

**What You'll Do**
- Plan, deploy, maintain and manage data storage and maintenance solutions in 24X7X365 environment
- Evaluate input and output for systems, as well as overall architecture, to recommend improvements
- Design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures
- Ensure strict privacy regulations and ensure data storage is accessible to authorized personnel only
- Documenting all aspects of Storage infrastructure and maintain knowledgebase and SOPs from which to address various issues/ projects and requests
- Assist with maintenance tasks and backup activities to protect data integrity from corrupted information and data theft
- Integrate storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities
- Serve as resource to other IT teams regarding network issues or impact of other systems changes on the network
- Attend IT audits, provide explanations and propose corrective/preventive actions to auditors

**Who You Are**
- Requires a degree in Computer Science
- Requires a minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering or storage capacity management
- Be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in facilitating and Operations and Maintenance(O&M) of data storage systems
- A team player with the ability to work effectively across teams within and outside Group IT including multiple third party vendors
- Experience in performing technical support at an enterprise level and across organization levels
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures and accurately track and record issues and resolutions
