We are hiring Clinic Assistants/Senior Clinic Assistants to join our network of GP Clinics.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
- Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Operate Clinic Management System.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

**What We Are Looking for**
- Prior experience in outpatient GP Clinic operations preferred, but not essential.
- **Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for clinic will be an added advantage.**:

- Computer literacy.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position.
- **Comfortable with rotating shift work based on clinic's operating hours.**

My Family Clinic is a subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group and as of today, we have **16 Clinics island-wide**.
