To assist in the daily operations of the clinic:
Registering Patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

Explain medical and health screen packages to patients

Arrange/Booking of appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination

Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior

Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes

Top up medications and assist in stock taking

Assist in training new staff for counter work.

Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum GCE N/“O’ level or NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC

GP Clinic and Sales experience an added advantage.

Able to handle Chinese speaking patients.

5 days week for retail hours on staggered hours (44 hours include 3 nights and 1 weekend)

Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in Healthcare.

Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)

Good command of spoken English.
