**Responsibilities**:

- Floral Design and Execution: Design and create stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative elements to match the wedding themes and client preferences. Ensure the timely and flawless execution of all floral designs.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for floral arrangements. Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance their ideas and suggest suitable flower selections. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of florists and floral assistants. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and seamless collaboration within the team. Foster a positive and inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, place orders, and manage the storage and handling of delicate floral materials. Ensure the availability of a wide range of fresh and high-quality flowers for weddings.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, including flower wholesalers, growers, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best quality products at competitive rates. Collaborate with vendors to source unique flowers and accessories for specialized wedding themes.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with the wedding planning team to integrate floral designs seamlessly into overall event concepts. Collaborate on event timelines and logistics, ensuring that floral setups are delivered and installed on time and in accordance with client expectations.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all floral designs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all floral arrangements meet the company's quality standards. Resolve any issues or challenges promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional florist, with a proven track record in creating exceptional floral designs for weddings or high-end events. Prior experience in a leadership or senior role is highly desirable.
- Floral Expertise: In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral materials, including their seasonality, care requirements, and design possibilities. Proficiency in various floral design techniques.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute unique and captivating floral designs that exceed client expectations. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in design, color coordination, and flower selection.
- OrganiSation and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle last-minute changes or requests. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow and successful event coordination.
