**Responsibilities**:
**Draftsman Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for projects, including construction and design blueprints.
- Convert rough sketches and ideas into precise CAD drawings (Rino, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with manufacturer and designers to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Review and modify existing drawings as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure that all design specifications are followed and propose solutions for design challenges.
- Assist in project planning and execution, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure materials are available for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help manage procurement processes, including liaising with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with project reporting, budget tracking, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Entry-Level
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in Rino, Revit, or other CAD software. Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- **Education**:Require at least a ITE / Diploma Certificate.
- **Knowledge**:Willingness to learn.
- **Attention to Detail**:Strong ability to create accurate drafts and ensure efficient operational execution.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- **Problem-Solving**:Able to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong time-management and organizational abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
