**Job description**:
Draftsman/woman, Bim Modeler (M&E, Plumbing and Sanitary)

About the Role:
The draftsman will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for design development for the assigned projects against the given schedule. He/She will also be required to participate and be involved in liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and the relevant authorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings
- Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
- Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings
- Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
- To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- To have at least 2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in designing Software (Bim, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
- Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
