We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Infant Child Minders to join our professional childcare team at Tampines East Community Club. In this role, you will provide attentive childminding services, supporting infants and toddlers by fostering positive daily routines and encouraging early learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Childminding and Infant Care**: Perform daily care routines, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, dressing, and nurturing interactions for babies and toddlers.
- **Sleep Management**: Organize and manage safe napping and sleeping arrangements, adhering to best practices including SIDS prevention.
- **Health & Safety**: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and secure childcare environment by consistently following established safety guidelines and operational SOPs.
- **Developmental Activities**: Facilitate age-appropriate play and learning activities designed to support sensory, motor, cognitive, and emotional developmental milestones.
- **Family Communication**: Provide consistent and clear communication to parents about their child's daily routines, milestones, and overall well-being, fostering strong, supportive partnerships.
- **Adaptability**: Adjust and tailor routines, activities, and interactions to meet the evolving developmental needs of each child.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in childminding, infant care, toddler care, childcare centers, or babysitting for infants and young children.
- **Passion & Commitment**: Genuine enthusiasm for providing nurturing care and promoting developmental growth in young children.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective and warm communication skills, able to engage positively with children, parents, and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to plan, structure, and adapt childcare routines and activities based on individual infant and toddler needs.
- **Personal Qualities**: Patient, empathetic, attentive, flexible, and nurturing.
- **Early Childhood Knowledge**: Familiarity with developmental milestones for infants and toddlers and foundational principles of early childhood education.
