We're Looking for: Infant Educarer

Location: Tampines

Do you have a passion for caring for little ones? We're on the lookout for a dedicated and nurturing Infant Educarer to provide a safe and stimulating environment for infants aged 2 to 18 months.

Your Role

• Infant Care – Ensure the well-being, hygiene, and safety of infants through attentive daily care.
• Learning & Play – Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
• Parent Partnership – Maintain open and positive communication with parents regarding their child's routines and progress.
• Daily Routines – Support feeding, diapering, and nap schedules to keep infants comfortable and happy.
• Safe Environment – Keep the learning space clean, safe, and engaging for young explorers.
• Growth & Learning – Stay current with best practices in infant care and collaborate with the team to continuously improve care quality.

What We're Looking For:

• HCIC or ACEY certification (ECDA-recognized)
• Warm, caring, and patient personality with a love for infants
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to providing a high-quality, nurturing early learning experience
• First Aid certification is a plus
