**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions effectively.
- Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to optimize existing processes and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs for operational staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant technologies to enhance processes and projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, project management methodologies, and quality assurance principles.
- Proficient in using process simulation software and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
