Associate Director, Emerging Market Fx Options

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Pricing and risk management of the EM FX Options business in Asia
- Drives the development of business initiatives with regard to the development of technical trading tools
- Generate ideas and solutions to increase revenue generation, market share and hit ratios
- Provides timely and accurate dealing services for clients in the assigned area of FXO trading expertise
- Manages the firm’s inventory and trading risk under supervision and as assigned in compliance with all applicable regulation within a given business area and within desk limit structure
- Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
- Provides consistent pricing and market making to sales force and target clients
- Executes firm and customers' trades in accordance with desk Volcker designation and may contribute to the formulation of trading strategies
- Ensures all trades are booked to front office position keeping system on the day they are executed
- Reconciles daily and/or monthly reports, as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Prior G10 and/or EM trading knowledge (pricing & risk management)
- Minimum 3 years of FX Options Trading experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and collaboration skills
- Mindset and track record challenging the status quo and improving operational efficiency
- Track record working in global team and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Computer literate, Python coding skills is optional but advantageous
- Fluency in English and second language is preferable
