We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Associate, Agency Recruitment and Engagement.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

Drive Customer Engagement Events
- To increase Agent-led events for customer acquisition
- To work with Agency units to improve conversion
- Propose and maintain Financing schemes for Events
- Review existing Financing schemes for effectiveness
- Propose schemes to drive sales behaviours
- Administer and track Financing Schemes
- Administer and Maintain Event Property
- Source, procure and administer the usage of corporate property for Engagement events
- Ensure Company policies are adhered to during the Procurement, Administering and Maintenance of Event Property
- Management of Introducer Partnerships
- Review, Onboard and Maintain Introducers for the purpose of Leads Management
- Management of Third-Party Vendor and Service Provider
- Sourcing and onboarding of Third-Party Vendors for the purpose of Engagement Events
- Ensure Company policies are adhered to for the onboarding and payment of Third-Party Vendors

Cluster Management
- To respond in a timely manner for all Engagement Activity requests.
- To work with Cluster Heads on engaging Agency Sales force through appropriate channels
- Brand and Marketing Compliance
- To review all public-facing materials from Tied Agency.
- To adequately monitor and respond to social media postings by Agents or Organizations
- To review all Organization websites
Requirements
- ‘A’ Levels, diploma or equivalent. Those with M5, M9/9A and HI will be advantaged
- Knowledge in life insurance products will be advantaged
- 5 years with relevant experience in similar industry
- Team player with ability to build relationships across the organization and with external partners
- Excellent data analysis and business justification skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team or as an individual
