**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of daily operational purchasing activities which includes planning, processing and following up on purchase orders with the suppliers
- Monitor and communicate with suppliers on the delivery of goods to ensure prompt delivery
- Monitor stock levels and place order as needed
- Deal with suppliers on any product sample request, pricing, etc
- Evaluate suppliers' quotations to ensure they are in line with company specification
- Maintain proper supplier's database and update accurate information and reporting
- Liaise with the relevant department and/or external parties on procurement documentation issues
- Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management and continuous improvement for the company
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a procurement officer or with at least 1 year of purchasing experience, preferably in the e-commerce / retail industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
- A meticulous individual with interpersonal skills
- Good written, verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with China supplier
- A positive learning and working attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
