**What you will do**:
The position reports to the Digital Solutions Director of Field Customer Innovation and is a key contributing member in designing and integrating systems to transforms a building into a smart and healthy environment. The digital solutions intern will be part of a dynamic team within Johnson Controls Singapore that delivers state-of-the-art smart building solutions to major iconic buildings in Singapore and will be part of our nation initiative, spearhead by our government, to enhance digital transformation in the built environment.

**How you will do it**:

- Interact with major building developers to explore innovative smart building solutions and plays a crucial role in conceptualizing building owner’s vision into a practical solution.
- Lead the execution of deep technical engagements, including Technical Briefings, Proof of Concepts and Architectural Design Sessions, with the goal of defining and brining new solutions to market.
- Work closely with various functions; Sales Team, Customer Success Team, After Sales Support Team, as well as regional/global product team for preparation of costing/proposal.
- Connect with external eco-system partners and integrate their solutions to expand our overall technology offerings. This includes the exploration of various range of IOT sensors to compliment our OpenBlue platform. Part of the design scope includes the design of transmission network such as TVWS, Lora, Sigfox, 4G/5G.
- Cybersecurity will be part of design consideration.
- Contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build the technical skills and expertise of Front Line Sales Team.

**What we look for**
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Computer Science
- Someone who is technical savvy and enjoys creating new solutions by integrating systems
- Interested to gain Experience in client-facing environments & relationship building skills
- Knowledge of smart buildings, Net Zero, Sustainability and digital transformation of built environment
