L1/2 Onsite End User Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced and aspiring L1/2 End User Support Engineer to join us
You will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Security Global Business Line in Capgemini to support our client in the FMCG sector.
**Experience**:
- 4-6 years previous experience using, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows PCs, MS Office365, and basic understanding of SAP in an end-user support or call center capacity; providing technical support over the phone.
- 4-6 years previous experience supporting Windows operating systems with strong demonstrated knowledge of Windows 10, GPO fundamentals, LAN, WAN, Ethernet topography, VoIP, and multi-platform environments.
- 4-6 years previous hardware support experience with desktop and laptop PC's, printers, peripherals, iPhones, Polycom, Network (Cisco) devices, Servers, etc.
