**Your Role**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Outbound Communication**:Conduct cold outreach via phone calls and WhatsApp to users of our platform, convincing them to schedule appointments with our partnered property advisors.
- **Inbound Communication**:Handle incoming inquiries regarding property selling matters and provide clear, helpful information to users.Proactively convince users to book appointments with our partnered advisors.
- **Lead Conversion**:Utilize effective communication strategies to convert potential leads into confirmed appointments for our partnered advisors.Track and document user interactions to support the overall lead management process.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a persuasive but friendly approach.
- Experience in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of properties in Singapore is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
