**Position Summary**:
**Objectives**:

- To lead and manage web development projects ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- To drive sales strategies and achieve company sales targets for web services.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Manage web sales efforts and follow up with leads
- Meet up with prospects and close projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand the client base for web services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns for web services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure all web projects adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and sales, preferably in the web development/ tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing web projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of web development technologies and processes is a plus.
- Strong minded and hungry for more attitude
