**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Configure and support authentication (e.g., MFA, SSO) and authorization mechanisms.
- Work with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and requests.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles and network/infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g., NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement.
