Create ideas/concepts leading to design prototypes with an intuitive and delightful experience
Delivering pixel-perfect mockups with your team and also develop a visual language for the UI and maintain the Design system.
Attend and actively participate in daily stand-up, grooming, planning, and sprint retrospective meetings
Work closely with product leaders and key stakeholders to define goals,
roadmaps and product requirements
Ensure quality is high from your team in all aspects of execution
Identify blockers beforehand, suggest solutions to work process and systems
Mentor design team members and help to define their success path
Facilitate design thinking, visioning or empathy workshop when required

**Requirements**:
6+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, Miro, Principle or InVision
It would be best if you did not hesitate when it comes to hands-on design
Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workflows etc.)
You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience designing for iOS, Android and web
