Associate Director, Sector Programme

Singapore KPMG - Singapore Full time

Joining the Clients and Markets department and reporting to the Head of Clients & Markets, you will play a key role in driving the Sector Programme for KPMG in Singapore, responsible for the overall development and execution of sector strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with sector leaders to co-develop sector strategies and plans, detailing key activities and programmes designed to drive sector growth
- Building and leading sector networks aligned to strategy, sharing best practice and encouraging managed collaboration where appropriate
- Owning and driving the process to develop robust sector account plans and investment asks that exploit sectors' full potential through aligned Sector Fields of Play
- Develop and lead sector-specific go-to-market initiatives/efforts, and facilitate closer alignment across functions and solutions
- Driving performance of sector growth plans, embedding pipeline discipline and monitoring progress with sector leaders
- Conceptualising and organising of key sector events by working with teams from business and Clients & Markets
- Delivering high quality thought leadership and marketing campaigns, promoting individual profile and KPMG's sector profile as thought leaders, and regularly leveraging independent market research to improve sector insights and perspectives
- Actively participate in KPMG's global sector networks, and contribute to managed collaboration that are co-designed with the global sectors to harness synergies and improve outcomes
- Oversee internal business planning and reporting requirements associated with running sectors, including budgets, key opportunities and relationships
- Oversee reporting and analysis of sectors performance providing key updates on revenue, wins, opportunities, trends and key contacts

**Key Requirements**
- **Tertiary degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance, accounting, business, or marketing and sales related discipline**:

- **At least 10+ years of relevant working experience in manging sectors related programmes**:

- **An in-depth understanding of key sectors in Singapore**:

- **Strong ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders**:

- **A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written English communication skills**:

- **Confident and proactive in the adoption and use of technology**:

- **Prior working experiences in professional industry is an advantage
