Platform User Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Platform User Manager in the Philippines. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing our platform's user base, ensuring an exceptional user experience and driving user engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for user conversion path design of ten-million-level products game and its brands; Responsible for increasing the value of individual user lifecycle contributions;
- Responsible for designing the overall conversion path of users from registration/login, to payment and withdrawal, and from light games to heavy games;
- Responsible for designing preferential activities and product logic in the conversion path, and gradually improving the user life cycle experience;
- Cross-departmental collaboration, docking brand department, Marketing Department, payment department, game department, offline department linkage;
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, more than 5 years of Internet product operation experience;
- Good at data analysis and user analysis, and have a deep understanding of user conversion path gap
- Have entrepreneurial spirit and dare to accept challenges
- Understand the culture, habits and preferences of local users in the Philippines
- Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Familiar with the game platform, familiar with the game platform products, operation, payment, customer service and other corresponding modules
