- **Loan Eligibility Assessment**:Verify the eligibility of loan applicants, including a thorough evaluation of their creditworthiness based on financial history, current income, and credit reports.
- **Repayment Management**:Monitor loan repayments, manage billing schedules, and address any issues related to late payments or defaults.
- **Customer Service**:Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure all loan processing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and applicant information.
- **Cross-Selling**:Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services to existing and potential clients.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Extensive knowledge of back-office operations.
- Familiarity with regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Understanding of AML, terrorist financing, and operational risk issues.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for consultations with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in loan sales or operations.
