JOB SUMMARY Strategy The role holder is responsible for development & execution of Global Personal Loan strategies and budget within the context of the wider global Credit Cards & Personal Loans ("CCPL") strategy. This role will also cover the portfolio management of both Personal Loan and Partnership Lending programs in WRB. This includes translating these strategies with the relevant region and country level stakeholders into execution activities. Business The role holder will lead the Global Personal Loan team in managing PL product characteristics, overseeing Personal Loan business, distribution strategies and delivery technologies that satisfy the needs of the business, and to follow all applicable regulatory requirements, including: Leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating with risk teams to provide thought leadership on risk and pricing frameworks to enable markets to deploy portfolio management strategies that are EVA accretive and within risk appetite. Leveraging analytics and collaborating with regional and country teams to track portfolio performance and identify opportunities for performance enhancement. Develop and execute the agreed market participation models for Personal Loan business globally. Ensure the alignment, communication, and execution from group to country, and deliver financial results that are in line with corporate plans and budgets. Ensure balanced growth and returns optimization by and life cycle portfolio management tools including top-ups, margin, cost and return management, and coding these into PPGs. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the WRB organization to provide support in the market and direction around new customer and portfolio opportunities and execution upon them. Collaborate with key stakeholders to help develop relevant products and propositions for the target client segments.
