**Job Overview**
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Internship who possesses a strong, success-driven mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding set sales targets and KPIs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- **Client Acquisition**:Build relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present OC Digital’s solutions in a compelling way.
- **Client Retention & Growth**: Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- **Market Research**:Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Sales Reporting**:Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and conversions, providing accurate and timely updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve company revenue goals.
