Customer Success Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to requests for support raised in the Inhouse Customer Portal
- Describe the features of the software and assist customers to get the most out of the platform
- To ensure customer deployments are running smoothly and efficiently
- Liaison between the development team and customers when issues arise
- Support the Cyber Technologist team with technical aspects of deployment
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in support and incident response procedures and practices is an advantage will be an added advantage
- Understanding of general networking and cyber security technologies
