**Responsibilities**

We are looking to equip young talents like yourself with on-the-job learning within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you’re looking for an exciting internship opportunity to build the best People Operations practices with the team and make impact on a growing company, join us
- Support the execution of the full recruitment process to hire the best talents for SHIELD
- Assist with talent sourcing for high-priority job openings
- Support campus recruit events including career fairs and company talks
- Social media company branding content creation
- Support and facilitate employee engagement and welfare activities
- Support and gain exposure to other HR functions based on student’s interests and team’s needs

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relevant courses from a local university
- Penultimate/graduating students welcomed to apply
- Able to commit for 5-6 months
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create and maintain effective relationships with all employees to build a supportive working environment
- Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
