**Pilates Studio Reception / Admin Executive**

**Locations**:

- **Bukit Timah Studio** (near King Albert Park MRT)
- **The American Club** (Orchard MRT)
- **Wheelock Place Studio** (Orchard MRT)

**About the Role**

Options Pilates Studio is seeking motivated, organized, and personable individuals to join our front desk team. If you’re enthusiastic about health and wellness, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you

**No fitness experience required** - just a strong work ethic, a warm personality, and a desire to help others.

**Position Details**
- **Full-time, permanent position (includes CPF contribution)**:

- **5-day work week (choose 2 off days between Monday-Thursday)**:

- Must be available on **weekends**:

- **40 hours per week**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk and reception duties
- Welcome walk-in clients and assist with check-in
- Consult new clients before trial sessions
- Explain pricing, packages, and class options (not sales-focused)
- Handle customer service interactions
- Answer calls, take messages, assist with inquiries and complaints
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and class confirmations
- Admin & Operations
- Collect payments and track outstanding fees
- Coordinate with instructors on bookings and studio capacity
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area
- Assist Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of relevant experience** in admin, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- **Punctuality is essential**:

- Open to Singaporeans, PRs, and long-term pass holders

**Compensation**
- **$1,900/month (incl. CPF)** during 3-month probation
- **$2,100/month (incl. CPF)** after confirmation
- **Annual salary review** based on performance and KPIs
