- Support collaborations with Head Office for projects i.e. Standardization and Centralization
- Support Project Leaders to monitor and track progress of internal projects of BCAPD i.e. IT Investment Budget project
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments from GHs and Management
- To monitor and promptly escalate critical issues to the attention of Group Head and Management

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with relevant experience
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience in banking; experience in Operations
- Knowledge in Banking i.e. Trade Finance, Treasury and Loan operations
- Good communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management
