Responsibilities
Lead the Team as Project Manager in the management of Lending related IT Projects
Develop project plans to align with a project overall direction which may include establishing detailed project schedules, resource allocation, Management reporting etc.
Monitor project progress, risk and issues within the assigned Business Area; assess responses including prioritization, action plans and follow-up measures to ensure the project advances according to plan
Participate in review of artifacts produced by the Area members, such as test plan documentation; oversee migration and production support handover
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities
Qualifications
At least 5-7 years of experience as
